"We streamlined our DevOps infrastructure with AWS-based automation and an architecture redesign. It reduced operational load, improved system stability, and enabled a more scalable foundation."
The value of AI isn't in what it knows how to do — it's in what you do with it.
I connect people, processes, technology, and AI to the way organizations and businesses actually work — from architecture and strategic thinking through to execution.
- Less manual work
- Every system connected
- A stable infrastructure that grows with the business
Common problems
The quiet blockers that hurt profitability and speed
Operational bottlenecks
Your digital tools work in isolation, information is scattered, and every process in the organization takes three times longer than it should.
Hundreds of wasted work hours
Your strongest, most expensive people are burning half their day on data entry, copy-paste, and chasing paperwork, instead of closing deals and creating real business value.
Promised AI, ended up burning budget
You were promised that automation and AI would solve everything. You bought tools, built systems, but the team never really adopted them, nothing runs smoothly, and people went back to working the old way.
Instead of technological patchwork, we build a stable architecture that connects the systems, the automation, and the people.
Clear thinking · execution that creates value
I start from the need, not from the technology.
I understand the problem, identify where technology can create real change, and build the path to make it happen. Less noise. Less complexity. More things that actually work.
Digital complexity · a simple outcome
3 steps to smart infrastructure that grows with the business
Mapping and identifying bottlenecks
We diagnose quickly where your time is being lost and define a sharp action plan with a clear ROI.
Architecture and system integration
We build automated processes, AI agents, and connections between your existing tools — zero complex setup on your side.
Organizational adoption and ongoing support
We test it in the field, embed the tools, and train the team until the system runs independently.
Clients tell it
What people say once it's actually working
"They stepped into a very complex project and brought order, stability, and infrastructure that genuinely runs in production. Less noise, more delivery."
"Ongoing work gave us real flexibility and depth. From DevOps to automation and BI, every solution was matched to my clients' actual needs. Professional, personal service — I recommend warmly."
"The project required connecting several systems into one working platform. From planning through execution, everything was built with a clear focus on usability and real operational needs."
About
Nice to meet you, Matan Elkobi.
I built my career from the ground up: from setting up and running mission-critical production systems and leading engineering teams, to designing digital infrastructure that serves organizations and businesses at scale.
Today I focus on what actually matters to businesses: connecting technology, process, and people, and turning complexity into operational simplicity.
I design and implement automation, data, and AI-based solutions that bring real order, control, and efficiency — not more tools, but a system that works smart and consistently.
Alongside client work, I lecture and lead workshops for teams and organizations in DevOps, cloud, and AI. I've delivered programs for Israel's Ministry of Education, colleges, and technology-training initiatives, and mentor reservists and discharged soldiers on their way into tech.
Services · two worlds
Systems that work. People who know how to get more out of them.
I work across two worlds that complement each other: building technological solutions, and developing the capabilities of the people who run them. A good system is measured by the results it lets the organization achieve.

FAQ
Answers to the questions I hear most often.
What is business automation and how does it help my company?
Automation connects the systems and processes you already have, so repetitive actions happen on their own: lead routing, reminders, status updates, and report generation. The result is less manual work, fewer errors, and more time for the things that actually need a person.
Who is this for?
Small and mid-sized businesses that have reached the point where manual work is holding them back: more customers than current processes can handle, information scattered across systems, and a team burning hours moving data around. Also organizations that want to bring AI into their operations in a structured way.
How long does it take to implement automation?
It depends on the scope and the number of systems involved. One focused process can go live quickly; a broader initiative is built in stages. In the scoping call we define together what's realistic and in what order.
Do we need technical knowledge to work with the systems?
No. The systems are built so your team can run them day to day, including training and documentation. Where technical maintenance is needed, I stay involved.
How do I get started?
With a short call. We identify what's slowing you down today, map the key processes, and you leave with a practical direction, even if we don't end up working together on a project.
Who owns the system at the end of the project?
You do. The code, accounts, permissions, and documentation transfer to you in full, and your team is trained to run the system independently. I stay available for ongoing support, but by your choice, not because you depend on me.

A short conversation. A clear direction.
Tell me what's going on in your business, what you want to improve or build, and we'll figure out together what makes sense from here. You don't need to know the solution in advance — that's what the conversation is for.
